"My family and I just moved near the area with a new puppy, and the West Jefferson Animal Hospital has immediately made us feel at home! All of our neighbors with pets said we were going to love WJAH, and they could not have been more right :)The administrative team was very friendly and helpful in scheduling our pup's handful of new appointments, and our vet tech and Dr Lizzie Rieck made sure that our puppy felt safe and comfortable the whole meeting. They went above and beyond to explain their steps and thought process throughout the appointment and asked numerous times if I had any additional questions they could answer. I feel confident that our dogs are going to live their healthiest and happiest lives in the care of WJAH."
